Grown in the Grasse region, Rose de Mai (essential oil) is recommended as a regenerating and soothing plant. Its flowers are harvested in spring, frequently during the flowering period from May 10 to 15, hence the name "Rose de Mai". The flowers are picked in the early morning, when they are at their most fragrant.
