SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping and handling charges are free for all deliveries within Canada. The shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are delivered by Canada Post. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the order date, excluding statutory holidays. However, these times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. It is important to note that academiebeaute.ca is in no way responsible for delays due to erroneous information. 

How do I return a product?

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns without a valid reason (error on our part or damaged product). You may return it within 10 days of receipt in the original box only and in perfect condition.

Contact us by e-mail so we can send you a return number and a shipping label to affix to the box. Put the product back in its original packaging. Make sure that the packaging will protect the product so that it reaches us in the same condition as when it was delivered. A poorly packaged product that is damaged on return will not be refunded.

A 20% restocking fee will apply if you return merchandise without authorization. For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card used to make the purchase. A credit will be made to the account used to pay for the purchase a few days later to give us time to receive and verify the returned merchandise.
