SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. SHIPPING

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for all orders shipped within Canada. The shipping address must be complete, valid, and located in Canada. If your address includes an apartment/condo number and/or specific delivery instructions, please indicate this information in the designated field.

Delivery Times
Orders are shipped within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 5 business days, excluding holidays. These delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We use GLS, Canada Post, and/or Purolator for our deliveries.

academiebeaute.ca cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

2. RETURNS

Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and health reasons, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

• Error on our part in the order (incorrect product)
• Product damaged upon receipt

Eligible Return Conditions
Any return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
The product must:

• Be unused
• Be in its original packaging
• Be in perfect condition

Proof (photos) may be required prior to approval of the return.

Return Authorization Required
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us.
Any unauthorized return may be refused.

3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

• In the event of our error or a product damaged upon receipt, return shipping fees will be covered by academiebeaute.ca.
• In any other exceptional case where a return is approved, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Any product returned to us that is damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Please allow a few business days for refund processing.
