J'ai une peau très sensible (35 ans) propice aux <br /> rougeurs. Je mets cette crème matin et soir, par dessus ma crème hydratante de base. Cela m'aide beaucoup. Si j'omets de la mettre, les rougeurs ont tebdance à revenir. Si, par paresse, je ne mets aucune crème un soir, je risque d'avoir des rougeurs dès le kendemain matin. Pour un résultat optimal, sur une peau nettoyée, j'applique mon tonique+sérum+crème+crème anti-rougeurs, et j'évite ou diminie ma consommation d'alcool/d'épicé/de sucre
